I have known the Doc for over three years, and I wish to give him my highest recommendation. In 2007 I suffered assault, with serious bodily injury, to both LT and RT shoulders. When I consulted with doctors in the United States, including the "Best in the West" in California and the UCLA Medical System, it was Doc PL medical judgement was confirmed by two renowned American orthopedic surgeons, while wisely discrediting an orthopedic surgery estimate from another surgeon. We are lucky to have a surgeon of his character and skill in the Ottawa Hospital System.
