I would absolutely recommend Dr. Shapiro and her assistant, Lisa. They are quick to respond and Dr. Shapiro is thorough and explains things clearly and concisely. I have had many questions in the past and have never felt rushed or as if I'm taking up too much of Dr. Shapiro's time. Overall it has been a tremendously positive experience at a time that is often scary or nerve-wracking. I am a very happy patient :)
