for those in need of pain management i highly recommend dr Kamath she really cares. she is thorough and the lidocaine iv works amazingly well for chronic pain and arthritis. i have no disc in my lower back and extreme arthritis in my back and with these treatments i find my pain is well under control and am able to function without any pain pills after the first treatment it was in the first week after i threw out my pain pills and haven't had any since!
