i first met Dr. Hogan through Dr. Brandy on April 27, 2015. After hitting a 'block of concrete' while visiting my sister who was quite ill at said time. i am from Smiths Falls ON and i would recommend Dr. Hogan as one who, in his capacity as Neurologist follows his patients with care until said patients have completely recovered. Dr. Hogan is a kind person who gets right to the heart of the problem. Thank you Doctor Hogan for making me healthier.
